Shipping Policy
Shipping Location
All orders are shipped from the United States. At this time, we only ship within the United States and do not offer international shipping.Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may vary during high-demand periods or due to product availability.Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
We currently offer the following shipping options within the United States:• Standard U.S. Shipping – Estimated delivery within 5–8 business days after shipment
• Express U.S. Shipping – Estimated delivery within 1–2 business days after shipmentDelivery timelines depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination. Please note that delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.
Delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally occur.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package until delivery.Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete. PariNish is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. -
Return & Store Credit Policy
We want you to love your PariNish purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery for store credit.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags intact
• A return request must be made within 7 days of deliveryItems that show signs of wear, alteration, stains, fragrance, or damage after delivery cannot be accepted.
Store Credit
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved returns will be issued as store credit that can be used toward a future purchase on our website. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Store credit issued for returns must be used within the same product category.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs or video of the issue so we can review and resolve the matter promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or store credit:
• Sale or discounted items
• Home décor items
• Rakhi items
• BagsProduct Details
We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, images, measurements, and product details before placing an order, as appearance, size, color, and weight may vary slightly depending on screen display and the handcrafted nature of some items.

All return requests must be approved before the item is sent back.

To maintain the beauty and longevity of your PariNish pieces, we recommend the following care guidelines:
Avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and chemicals
Store jewelry in a dry, cool place when not in use
Remove jewelry before showering, exercising, or sleeping
Gently wipe pieces with a soft cloth after wear
Natural variations in color, texture, and finish may occur and are considered part of the character of each piece.

Are your pieces handmade?
Some PariNish pieces are handcrafted by skilled artisans, while others are carefully sourced from trusted partners. Each piece is selected for its quality, craftsmanship, and design.
Will the piece I receive look exactly like the photos?
Due to the nature of jewelry craftsmanship and the use of natural stones, no two pieces are exactly alike. Minor variations in color, texture, or detailing may occur as a result of natural material characteristics and individual craftsmanship. These subtle differences are part of what makes each piece unique.
Are your items one of a kind?
We curate pieces in limited quantities to maintain individuality. While designs may be similar, natural variations and craftsmanship ensure that each piece has its own character. Availability may vary, and certain designs may not be restocked
Do you restock sold-out items?
Restocking depends on availability and sourcing. We cannot guarantee that sold-out items will return.
